  • Attending behind the buffets during the service
  • Preparation of the orders and administration of the stock
  • Ensuring the respect of Club Med’s standards and the application of hygiene and safety procedures


  • Availability and mobility 
  • City and Guilds examination or working experience compulsory
  • Knowledge of Viennese and special breads
  • French or English knowledge preferred
