Bar Manager (M/F)

Missions

  • Put forward the bar services and instore a personalised service to our guests
  • Organization and coordination of your team by giving them season goals and by supervising their attitude and behaviour in cohesion with the Club Med standards
  • Participation to optimize the budgets of your services by handling the expenses and by improving the profitability of your service so that it can become a profit source
  • Guarantee the quality of the bar services and ensuring hygiene and safety rules
  • Integrating your team members within the Village’s team: identifying their needs and organizing training sessions for them to gain in competence

Profiles

  • Availability and mobility
  • Diploma in catering or hotel industry and/or professional bartending experience in high volume service
  • Experience in the function and in the management of a team required
  • Fluent French compulsory, other foreign languages a plus (especially English)
